使用說明 Direction
早晚各一次，每次用二十亳升李施德林（約一瓶蓋用量），漱口三十秒後吐出，不可吞服，使用時毋須稀釋，用後毋須再用清水漱口
Rinse with 20ml (approximately 1 capful) undiluted Listerine each time, twice a day. Expel after rinse for 30 seconds and do not swallow. No further rinse with water is required.
