使用說明 Direction
早晚各一次，每次用10毫升李施德林，漱口60秒後吐出，不可吞服，使用時毋須稀釋，用後毋須再用清水漱口。
Rinse with 10mL undiluted Listerine each time, twice a day. Expel after rinse for 60 seconds and do not swallow. No further rinse with water required.
